All vehicles in our fleet must go through an annual VicRoad roadworthy inspection to assure it's safety on the road. Apart from this, as part of the QAM (Quality Assured Maintenance) scheme all vehicles must be serviced every 10,000 km/3 months whichever comes first. While all our coaches come with reclining seats, every vehicle in the fleet is air conditioned and is spotlessly clean for your comfort and pleasure. Some vehicles are dual air conditioned.

Another aspect of the service we provide is the peace of mind you get from knowing that you are absolutely safe when riding with us. All our drivers have to go through a Victoria Police security clearance before they can be employed. They must also possess a drivers certificate which qualifies them to drive our vehicles which are legally registered as commercial passenger vehicles. We have a very low turnover of staff. Some employees have been with us since our companys personalised transport division started in 1995. Furthermore, all drivers and/or vehicles are mobile phone equipped so there is no communication breakdown. Our clients are given access to these phones on request. We are a member of the BAV (Bus Association Victoria), MCMB (Melbourne Convention and Marketing Bureau) and AITT (Australian Institute of Travel and Tourism).
